Despite Uncertain Times, Avatar Construction Continues to Thrive with Rapid Expansion of Commercial Construction Services Across Northeast

BOSTON, Mass., July 6, 2020 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) – – Avatar Construction Inc. announces continued expansion and record-breaking growth in 2020. While most companies have experienced a drop in business due to current events, Avatar has experienced a massive increase in both new projects and revenue. Avatar has quickly become one of the most sought-after contractors in the Northeast with its comprehensive service and client focused approach.

Avatar Construction is a forward-thinking commercial general contractor that has developed a proven formula responsible for its rapid growth. “We have always set ourselves apart from what clients have come to expect from a general contractor” said Nazar Vincent, Avatar’s President. “Our commitment to providing value over success has proven immensely beneficial for both our clients and Avatar Construction. By building and maintaining a team-oriented relationship between Avatar, the client and all subcontractors involved in each project, the Avatar Team can focus efforts directly on delivering a high-quality product on time and on budget.”

The Greater Boston corporate office specializes in private and public sector projects and is on pace to close fiscal year 2020 with over 20M in revenue. Future projections set Avatar on a clear path to exceed 100M by fiscal year 2025. “I attribute our continued growth to our client over company philosophy paired with our obsession to be the best in the industry”, said Vincent. “We are always laser focused on giving our clients exactly what they need and more.”

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve partnered with Avatar Design and Construction for almost a decade on a range of commercial projects — multifamily housing, medical offices, daycare facilities, and warehouses. They excel in design-build delivery and consistently manage risk and cost through a well-run Guaranteed Maximum Price model. Throughout our relationship they’ve demonstrated outstanding project management, clear communication, and practical problem-solving on complex schedules and tight budgets. Their workmanship and attention to detail are top-notch, and I’ve watched the firm grow exponentially while maintaining high standards. If you need a trusted design-build partner who delivers on time and on budget, I strongly recommend Avatar Design and Construction

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After we had some plumbing issues occur just outside the 1 year warranty of our new construction home, Avatar helped us resolve the areas of concern. We were happy with the work completed and the assistance we received.

The project manager we worked with, Liu, was very helpful, responsive, and pleasant to work with. We were very happy with Liu's communication and impressed with the seamlessness of the repair work completed.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We purchased a home that had been built by Avatar Construction, and after discovering some issues post-purchase, we needed warranty work done. Liu was assigned as our project manager, and he was a pleasure to work with.

Liu was consistently responsive, professional, and took pride in his work. He coordinated handymen who delivered high-quality repair finish work, and helped us coordinate with third parties. He made a point of personally showing up to supervise each job, which felt nice and reassuring.

It's good to know Avatar Construction sent someone like Liu to make things right.
