0% In-House Gap Financing

Gap financing is a critical tool for developers to bridge the gap between their available capital and the total funds required to complete a construction project. This type of financing is typically a short-term loan that covers the interim period until permanent financing can be arranged or until additional funds are raised. It is often used in real estate development to secure the final amount needed when traditional loans or investments fall short of the total project cost.

How Does Gap Financing Work?

We offer in-house gap financing at 0% to help our clients keep their projects on schedule and prevent costly delays. We cover a portion of the cost of your commercial renovation up-front, deferring your payments to a later date with no interest. This may be particularly advantageous when completion of the project is imminent and only a final financial push is needed to cross the finish line. It is also beneficial when unexpected costs arise, and the initial budget cannot accommodate them.

While most gap financing options carry higher interest rates and additional fees, our plan is offered at 0%, making it a great option when needed.
