I have recently finished a project with Avatar Construction where they have built and designed my medical facility. We wanted to thank Avatar Construction for the excellent work the team had done on my property. It has been such a positive experience to work with their team. The level of professionalism has given us a sense of confidence from the very beginning on a project that caused me great concern. They gave me an estimate of completion time at the start of our project, and met that time frame without my additional changes after. Maybe just as importantly for me, they showed empathy for our concerns and took the time to explain everything so that we were able to understand the what, why, and how of each step of this complicated installation. This job was a real worry for me at the beginning since they had to demo the old building with very difficult neighbors. However, when the lead supervisor came on site and began putting things together, my concerns fell away. Having seen the time and expertise he took at each stage, especially a new foundation and other core aspects and now-looking at the beautifully finished space, I can’t be happier. My partner and I have purchased an old three family building in Brookline, MA in 2020. This property needed a full renovation and I wanted to keep the building for the mixed use purpose as well as keeping the living space. I came across Avatar Construction from a friend of mine who started to work as a doctor in one of the Urgent Cares they built. At first, I got a free consultation with Kevin followed by Nazar. They were very attentive to possible issues and prospective difficulties especially with structural, plumbing and electrical work. We have decided to move forward. They worked hard to get the permit with city officials. We had to fix the structure of the building where they offered the best architectural and engineering team. Also, I want to compliment the designers who made this building to stand out and look very modern. Phase one of the project went very smoothly. The second phase had ups and downs, but Jim did his best to accommodate my decisions on multiple parts of the interior work. I must admit, I had to delay the project for a month due to personal reasons. It took a bit longer than expected to complete this project since the city had to block part of the street where the building was located to fix the road and the curb. However, the majority of major aspects were done on time and overall the pricing was fair. I have leased the bottom floor of my property right away to have a new boutique salon to be opened shortly after the construction.
